Upon admission all pets are examined by a technician, nails trimmed and anal sacs emptied, as well as close monitoring of appetite during their stay. Visitation is encouraged at any time. Should any medical problems arise during your pet's stay in boarding, feel confident that your pet will be treated promptly.
Addtional playtimes and/or a pre-departure bath can be requested for your pet. Just let the client care specialist know at the time of admittance for his/her stay with us.
Our policy for hospitalized and boarding pets requires proof of current vaccinations. The required vaccinations are: Rabies, DHPPL, Parainfluenza/Bordetella and the Flu vaccine. A current internal parasite test is also required; because, for the health of all patients, we must be certain pets sharing our yard are free of parasites.
We are an American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) Certified Feline Friendly Practice. Feline Friendly practices have met the standards for providing optimum feline care and creating a cat friendly environment that reduces stress for our cat patients. We understand a cat's special needs and are dedicated to implementing feline friendly standards. The required vaccinations for cats to board are FVRCP and Rabies. The cat should also have a current FELV/FIV test to ensure they are free of communicable disease and ensures the health and safety of both your pet and others boarding in our facility.
Our feline boarding area is completely separate from our other boarding areas to ensure peace and quiet for your kitty. Each enclosure has a special cubby provided for perching and sleeping and cuddling up. We utilize feliway pheromone diffusers to provide additional calming pheromones to assure your feline friend has the most comfortable stay possible.
