Veterinary Assistant
Monica is a Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA) and a graduate of New Mexico State University with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science. She joined Northern Oaks with years of prior assistant experience and has dedicated her career to supporting the health and well-being of animals while simultaneously maintaining a devotion to providing compassionate care to our scaly, furry and feathered patients. Monica is in the process of pursuing her Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) certification so that she can move further in her career and provide more advanced care to her patients.
She has 3 fur babies, a shepherd mix, Mulan, and a Yorkie mix, Daisy.
